NGER Greenhouse Reporting
NGER data collected per transaction. Annual rollup in one click.
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting requires annual data submissions to the Clean Energy Regulator. ClearWeigh collects the required data at every weighing — by the time lodgement is due, the rollup is already done.
Scope 1 emissions tracking — direct emissions from landfill operations calculated from waste type, quantity and destination, transaction by transaction.
Waste stream separation — organic, general, C&D and liquid waste tracked separately for accurate emissions factor application.
Annual rollup report — NGER data aggregated by facility across the full financial year, formatted for Clean Energy Regulator submission.
Multi-site consolidation — operators with multiple facilities receive a single consolidated NGER report covering all sites.
Scheduled delivery — configure the NGER rollup to be on 31 July each year.
Levy Rate & Stockpile Tracking
Levy rates change. ClearWeigh keeps up — automatically.
State waste levies change periodically, sometimes mid-reporting-period. ClearWeigh records the applicable levy rate at the time of each transaction — so your deduction reports remain accurate even when rates change partway through a quarter.
Per-transaction levy rate capture — the rate applied at the time of each weighing is stored with the transaction record. Rate changes never affect historical data.
Site Location Store (SLS) tracking — stockpile quantities tracked from the point of receipt. Deductions calculated correctly when waste moves on to its final destination.
Mid-period rate change support — when a levy rate changes during a quarter, transactions before and after the change date are reported at the correct rate automatically.
Levy liability reporting — total levy exposure by site, by waste stream and by period — formatted for internal review and regulatory lodgement.
